Supervisor, EAP — New Client Liaison

The high-visibility position of EAP Supervisor supports our new railroad client in the following capacities:





Coordinating the inpatient and outpatient care/care advocacy for railroad members

Serving as the liaison between the care advocacy team and the customer site

Conducting research and referring members to appropriate levels of care

Conducting in-depth clinical assessments and processing requests for counseling as needed

Coordinating with customer staff and providing referrals to substance abuse resources in their area

Interfacing with Railroad management and the Union

Consulting with a Railroad representative regarding clinical work consultations for providers (i.e., treatment plans, job performance, mental health, chemical dependency and EAP issues)

Attending quarterly meetings at the customer site

Participating in daily meetings to discuss complicated cases and work issues

Writing policies and procedures

Participating in productivity and reporting standards

Providing onsite training with EAP offices nationwide

 Performing day-to-day supervisory functions, such as ensuring phone coverage and training employees


Job Requirements:

A master's degree in psychology/social work/counseling/employee assistance is required. Must additionally have related clinical licensure (any state); however, RNs licensed in Georgia will also be considered. EAP experience is required. CEAP (or exam eligibility) is strongly preferred, as is experience in a supervisory role. Experience delivering presentations is a plus. Ability to travel 30% of the time is needed.
