Staffing Specialist

Responsibilities of this position include monitoring client requests for labor to ensure key requirements are specified and fulfilled; managing bill and pay rates; creating and maintaining all client, associate and work order electronic files; coordinating with staffing suppliers to fill client staffing needs; ensuring staffing partners follow procedures in accordance with client policies and procedures; communicating regularly with client to ensure satisfaction with newly placed individuals and resolving issues promptly; and producing client and Account Manager reports as requested.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years Staffing experience. A working knowledge of Microsoft office products (including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) is also required. Must have excellent customer service, time management, negotiation, presentation and written and verbal communication skills.
