Staffing Spclst/recruiter 2

Responsible for recruiting and selecting professional and managerial staff from internal and external sources. Plans and conducts innovative employment advertising campaigns, job fairs, etc. to recruit candidates. Develops effective working relationships with professional recruitment agencies, schools and all levels of internal management. Conducts interviews, evaluates employment factors such as job experience, education, training, skills, knowledge and abilities and consults with management to recommend candidates, starting salaries, etc. Provides candidates with information on the company. May administer tests and interpret results.
Minimum Qualifications


* Minimum Qualifications:
3+ years recruiting experience with proven ability to develop and implement strategies aimed at staffing a large organization and/or meeting high volume staffing needs in a short time.

Four year college degree or equivalent experience. Proven ability to develop and effectively manage a pipeline of quality candidates. Ability to form strong partnerships and interact professionally with HR and business partners. Strong oral and written communication skills. Must have sound judgment, knowledge of staffing compliance, high organizational and detail orientation with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks. Able to handle highly confidential information in a discretionary and ethical manner. Ability to work as part of a team - Project lead experience helpful. Strong computer skills working with Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Access. Ability to travel occasionally.
* Preferred Skills:
Experience in behavioral and competencey based interviewing/selection skills.
