Responsibilities
Identify staffing requirements based on our clients' needsPerform sales calls to market existing employees to clients and prospectsPro-actively develop and maintain full service lines of business - Temporary, Temp-to-Hire, Career Placement.Develop and maintain recruiting resources to fulfill staffing requirementsPre-qualify, interview, and evaluate all qualified applicants.Perform reference checks to verify candidates' experience and employment history.Assign appropriate staff to fulfill client requirements.Maintain contact with field employees on assignment as well as those not on assignment to pro-actively handle problems, maintain employee/employer relationships and increase sales.Interact with local community to maximize name exposure and business development.Perform on-site tours with Business Development Manager as necessary to properly match field employees to assignments.
