This position will support recruitment and staffing activities including posting jobs, placing advertisements, screening resumes, and coordinating logistics for on-campus interviews, career fairs and open house events. Responsible for data entry and retrieval from the hiring/applicant tracking database. Conduct candidate searches via system, track and report data for identified recruitment/staffing metrics. Prepare offer letters, welcome packets and other correspondence as well as ensuring appropriate levels of recruitment materials are available at all times. Handle administrative duties including applicant testing, reference and background checking and new hire orientation administration. Provide timely and responsive customer service to inquiries on the process for posting and applying for jobs. Greet candidates in a professional manner and escort to interview when applicable. Participate in career fairs with Staffing Consultants and other duties as assigned.What else can we tell you?

REQUIREMENTS
Who is our ideal candidate?
Our ideal candidate will have an associate or bachelor's degree, over three years of administrative experience in a customer-responsive support role, preferrably within a Human Resources Staffing environment. Additionally, we will look for an ability to work effectively with people at all management levels, prioritizing and juggling multiple tasks, and managing ambiguity. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast paced environment are also required. Strong proficiency with Word, Excel, and email systems. Experience with a talent relationship management system such as BrassRing Systems is a plus.
