We have an immediate opening for a professional Recruiter/Staffing Coordinator in our Palatine office.Salary: $30,000 Depending On Experience
Responsibilities:
generate candidates for temp, temp-to-hire and permanent positions
screen, interview, reference check, background check, and follow-up with candidates
present candidates to clients for interviews
fill same day temp positions in a timely manner
prep and debrief candidates and clients after interviews
negotiate salaries with candidates and bill rates with clients
prepare documentation for Payroll including adding time-sheets and billing clients
write ads for open positions
REQUIREMENTS
Ideal candidate should have 1-2 years staffing industry experience with a Bachelor's degree. Must have a driven, career oriented personality with the desire to succeed and make good money!
