We are currently searching for an outgoing Staffing Branch Manager to lead our Albany, NY office.
REQUIREMENTS
The responsibilities of the branch mgr include business development, client retention, development & implementation of recruiting plans, the overall branch ops which include, but are not limited to applicant flow, hiring, payroll, workers comp, benefits & overall quality service. Proven track record in sales planning & execution, development & implementation of recruiting plans, overall exp in ops & sales, as well as full P&L responsibility. Qualified candidate must be able to demonstrate stability, increased responsibility within their work history, & be able to articulate sound business decisions involving the ever changing demands within a service industry. A minimum of 5 yrs service industry exp., with 2 yrs in a management role are req for this position. We offer a comprehensive benefit package that includes med/den/401(k).
