Staff Recruitment Manager

Under minimal supervision, this position develops the recruitment strategy and manages related activities to effectively identify appropriate target audiences to attract new employee prospects for the division.
Job Requirements
A thorough knowledge of human resources, organizational behavior and/or business administration as normally obtained through the completion of a bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational behavior or business administration.

Must have proven experience in a human resources or business environment managing staff recruitment activities, as described above

Thorough knowledge of employment law specifically related to recruitment necessary.

Must be able to demonstrate a high level of conceptual and strategic thinking to lead the development, implementation and maintenance of the division's staff recruitment strategy, and related processes and activities, as described above.

Must have excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills to effectively interact with potential employees, as well as department staff and division management team.

Must have a working knowledge of personal software packages to perform word processing and spreadsheet activities.

Must be results oriented and able to organize and independently manage various projects or processes simultaneously.
