Develop compensation plans and programs in support of enterprise-wide business objectives. Administer and ensure accuracy of base compensation annual review process, promotions/adjustments and incentive compensation plans or commission payments. Benchmark and substantiate placement of jobs into base pay structure. Conduct and participate in competitive surveys. Effectively partner with HR Business Partners in the ongoing servicing of assigned clients.Knowledge / Skills / Abilities: Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within HR field, including knowledge of California and federal employment law Thorough working knowledge of compensation tools, surveys, and market data resources Excellent statistical analysis skills, ability to research and analyze various different types of data information Effective oral and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills Computer skills: thorough working knowledge of PeopleSoft HRMS, knowledge of ADP, intermediate MS Word, intermediate to advanced MS Excel, intermediate to advanced MS Outlook, intermediate MS Access, intermediate knowledge of Internet Ability to work under pressure of multiple projects and deadlines Ability to effectively prioritize workload and manage changes in direction Ability to interpret and apply required policies and procedures Ability to work in a team environmentExperience / Training / Education: Bachelor¿s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field 3 ¿ 5 years experience in compensation analysis, including compensation reviews, compensation structures, sales commission and bonus structures; prior experience with executive compensation preferred Prior HR Generalist experience preferred Prior experience in mortgage industry strongly preferred Any similar combination of education and experienceLendingTree offers a generous compensation structure and benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401K with employer matching.To apply via email, please send your resume to [Click here for email]
