Our client, a major provider of communications solutions to telecommunication carriers and internet providers, has an opening in its North Dallas location for a Sr. Compensation Specialist to work a 6 to 12 month contract assignment. This individual will affect all areas of compensation including:

-Variable/incentive compensation design and implementation
-Sales compensation design and administration
-Executive compensation,
-Stock Option Design,
-Trends and implementation
-Salary PlanningJob Requirements
The successful candidate will hold a CCP designation and a Bachelors degree or equivalent experience. Strong business aptitude with the ability to comprehend the consequence of actions to the larger organization and to demonstrate the ability to make sound decisions in complex situations. Previous leadership/management experience is highly desired. Must be familiar with workplace legislation to provide interpretation and advice and counsel to client group. Excellent research, analytical, project management, computer and reporting skills required.
