Senior Staffing Specialist

Experian, a global leader in providing information solutions to organizations and consumers, is seeking a highly motivated Senior Staffing Specialist to support Experian Information Technology across three main locations - Allen, TX, Costa Mesa, CA, and Schaumburg, IL. The position will be based in Costa Mesa, CA.

In this role you will support hiring process activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and recommending prospective employees to support the acquisition of high quality talent. The major functions for this position include:
•Recruit high quality talent in a timely and cost efficient manner
•Manage the implementation of talent acquisition strategy and initiatives for the overall organization
•Create and prepare selection methods and procedures. Coach and train management in employee selection techniques.
•Develop and maintain expertise in identifying, attracting and retaining employees within specialized functions.
•Work with hiring managers to determine job specifications and develop recruiting strategies.
•Serve as point of contact for site-related staffing activities
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
•5+ years related recruiting/staffing experience. Recruiting experience, preferably with a search/headhunter/agency firm is a decided advantage.
•BS/BA or equivalent experience required.
•Previous experience recruiting for multiple locations a plus.
•Experience working with Taleo a plus.
•Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
•Ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
•Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks.
•Excellent organizational and time management skills.
•Excellent negotiation skills.
