Job Summary:
Provide strategic and tactical leadership to a group of experienced recruiters in the staffing organization for the Americas region. Work with employees and managers at all levels to ensure that we have the talent required to meet our business objectives in the region. Foster a team environment in the group and demonstrate collaborative leadership. Design and improve key staffing processes and monitoring staffing process/customer satisfaction metrics while ensuring adherence to all local laws. Assist in the implementation of workforce planning initiatives. Develop and implement staffing plans and strategies that ensure diversity, high quality, and organizational fit throughout the recruiting and hiring process. Continuously improve key success indicators, manage assigned projects, and implement strategies and process improvements within the group. Closely monitor market conditions and perceptions and customize strategies to meet our unique challenges. Report to the Global Director of Staffing and Workforce Planning. Manage a staff of approximately 30 people.
Key Objectives and Major Responsibilities:
Serve as senior member in Staffing for region.
Manage performance of local Staffing team members.
Ensure that all programs are localized so that they abide by local law, customs, and policy.
Align, implement, and execute staffing/ WFP programs as directed by Global WFP Director.
Oversee local contingent workforce process.
Monitor WFP/ Staffing metrics within region.
Manage Employee Referral Program for region.
Ensure that the ATS is fully used in the recruitment process.
Build strong relationships with regional business leader and HR peers.
Translate WFP targets into specific recruitment strategy.
Contingent workforce process management.
College and university recruitment in region.
Country governance.
Vendor management.
Manage NHO and on-boarding/ off-boarding programs.
Continuous process improvement.

Regional business leaders. REQUIREMENTS
Key Skills:
Minimum of 5 years staffing/recruitment experience. Over 12+ years of human resources general experience.
High technology experience preferred.
Creative thinker who can sell Juniper to candidates and third party agencies.
Significant experience running high volume and senior level recruitment.
Strong process understanding to drive recruitment in Juniper.
Demonstrated ability to understand and interpret manager needs.
Intensity to deliver.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
