Senior Manager, Human Resources
Group Overview:
The Corporate Functions and Financial Products (CF&FP) HR Team works
in partnership with Corporate Functions and Financial Products
leadership and staff to drive business results by identify and
developing talent and through building leadership skills at all
levels through a variety of development activities.
Responsibilities:
CF&FP HR is looking for a Senior Manager to provide leadership and
development support to the Finance/Risk, Internal Audit, Corporate
Real Estate teams as well as the Financial Products enterprise; and
to lead the development, reporting and production of essential human
capital metrics for the entire CF&FP HR team. The position reports
to the HR Lead for the Financial Products and Finance/Risk
organizations, and responsibilities include employee relations,
leadership development, performance management coaching and counsel,
compensation, organization effectiveness, and metrics/data analysis.
This position consults with all levels of management to resolve
issues and provide solutions to a variety of business challenges and
the full spectrum of HR issues, including issues of a highly
sensitive or controversial nature. The position works across
functional areas within the client enterprises supported and HR to
build partnerships and deliver seamless HR service. Carries out
special projects requiring familiarity with all areas of HR and an
understanding of the impact HR actions have on the business.
Qualifications:
Must have 6+ years of progressively responsible experience in
human resources with exposure to and competency in all functional
areas
Demonstrated proficiency working with metrics and performing
in-depth data analytics is essential
Must have a successful track record consulting with
management to identify and implement solutions
Client focus and ability to establish strong working
relationships and build trust are essential
A successful candidate will possess a business viewpoint and
be able to think strategically and act practically
Candidates must possess strong change management skills, the
ability to operate effectively in ambiguous situations, and an
objective and calm demeanor
The courage to deliver constructive, unbiased feedback to all
levels is essential
Experience as an HR generalist in the Financial Services is
preferred
Education: Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field
required, or equivalent work experience
