Senior Manager, HR Business Partner (Atlanta, GA)
Job Description
Plan, organize and direct the tactical and strategic HR functions for Philips Medical Systems, Customer Services division. Provide HR business partner support in a rapidly changing environment to client group in the areas of Employee Relations, Staffing, Compensation, Talent Management and Change Management. Ensure consistent application of HR policies, procedures and practices. Work closely with HR Operations/Shared Services to insure quality delivery of company-wide programs and initiatives. Select, develop, lead and evaluate employees who perform HR activities to support Philips Medical Systems business goals and objectives. Facilitate change and process improvement.

Preferred Profile
Bachelor's degree in human resources, or related field. 8+ years progressive human resources or related experience required. Demonstrated HR management experience. Possesses strong business acumen and coaching skills. Must have excellent problem solving, project management, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Highly innovative and curative in getting work done and/or developing solutions. Ability to prioritize projects and allocate resources within an organization. Ability to execute quality strategic initiative timely.
