Senior International HR Generalist

This position reports to the International HR Manager and is located at our Corporate office in Houston. Develops and maintains International HR (IHR) policies and documentation for 800 international assignees. Communicates IHR related programs to HR and employees. Primary point of contact for International Assignment Services (IAS) team and HR for policy interpretation. Develops International HR (IHR) policies and documentation for rotational, short term, and regional assignees. Develops and maintains content for IHR website. Participates in IHR surveys. Represents Baker Hughes at IHR industry meetings. May participate in cross-divisional HR teams. Handles special projects, as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS
Broad knowledge of IHR principles, practices, and procedures. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently with multiple people at many levels and work as part of a team. Willingness to travel internationally required.
