Description:



Partner with Corporate Executives in leading enterprise-wide functional groups to develop and implement talent development programs. Provide leadership and direction to the people planning process.

Develop and/or implement consistent and robust HR processes across the technology groups.

Lead processes to recruit, develop, promote and retain high potential employees. Direct recruitment activities assuring the timely placement of qualified employees in positions.

Partner with the Corporate HR&C leaders to improve systems and processes, and develop and execute the annual goals/performance plan

Drive consistent and effective communication strategies. Ensure solid communication of strategies, goals, and executable plans.

Drive employee engagement across client groups. Provide leadership in achieving and sustaining a continuous improvement environment and work force.

Focus on market competitiveness in wage and salary administration, and ensure effective recognition programs.

Ensure compliance with employment-related laws (EEO, FLSA, etc), and coach Business Leaders on values.


Requirements:

BS/BA in Human Resources/Labor Relations or MBA with concentration in HR.

7+ years HR experience with demonstrated leadership in strategic Human Resources.

Experience partnering with Executives in planning required.

Prior Manufacturing experience preferred.

Demonstrated strategic HR skills in a high performance organization.

Ability to partner with business leaders to assess, develop and upgrade talent.

Demonstrated experience coaching managers in performance management and helping them develop a culture of frequent and candid feedback.

Strong demonstrated implementation skills.

Demonstrated success building strong teams.

Sense of urgency and customer focus.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to include well-developed presentation skills.

PC skills to include MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
