Senior Human Resource Manager

Ingersoll Machine Tools, Inc., a leader in the manufacturing world market is expanding and is in need of a Senior Human Resource Manager. Responsibilities include developing, approving, and maintaining policies and programs related to recruitment, development, and retention of employees. The ideal candidate must have proven skills in the recruitment of technical manufacturing positions. In addition, the candidate must also have strong knowledge of EEO laws, and have the ability to be responsive at all levels of the organization. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management is preferred with at least 7 years of progressive human resource experience in a manufacturing setting.
