Researches, analyzes, evaluates, and administers corporate compensation and benefits plans/programs, including ex-pat administration, making recommendations to manager as needed. Performs a variety of tasks under general supervision. May lead a variety of projects.
JOB DUTIES:
Lead project of assuring worldwide job descriptions are in place. Develop appropriate benchmarks for worldwide sales commission plans and audit payouts. Utilize CompAnalyst and Mercer International for benchmarking jobs worldwide. Manage workers? compensation issues for divested business units. Write and update benefits and compensation policies and procedures. Participate in benefit renewal discussions, assisting in analysis and development of plan designs. Administers ex-pat program; i.e., procedures, policies, tax equalization and coordination of housing, benefits, and compensation packages.
REQUIREMENTS
BA/BS HR, Business or a related field, plus a minimum of 5 years professional HR experience to include evaluating, analyzing, and administering compensation and benefit plans. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to handle multiple priorities in a confidential environment. Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills. Cooperative team member. Strong computer skills, including Excel. Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Masters degree or Professional certification (PHR, SPHR, CCP, CBP, CEBS). 6+ years of experience in the field, preferably in a multi-location manufacturing environment. Familiar with a variety of compensation and benefits concepts, practices, and procedures, including exposure to ex-pat administration.
