You must be a closer who likes having freedom to run your own business and more opportunity to chase than you know what to do with!We contract with large organizations to source new employees and are in need of additional people to help drive that process!You need;- At least 2 years sales experience in a high activity sales envirionment- A proven track record of high achievement in a commissioned position- A good work ethic and ability to multi task with a computer and phone- A driver type personality with clearly defined goalsAverage fees billed for our services is $12,500 per transaction with 2 - 3 per month. Your commission % ranges up to 50% of that fee. Just 300K in sales earns you no less than $115k! With no earnings cap sell as much as you can!We provide complete training, cutting edge support tools, a relaxed atmosphere, flexible hours, benefits and uncapped income potential!
REQUIREMENTS
The office is in Downtown Concord and everything is provided in a relaxed fun environment. You will receive 4 weeks of training along with all of the state of the art tools to help you do your job successfully!You will need to make outgoing calls daily do drive your ongoing sales processes and establish new ones. You will be fully trained on our CRM tool that will allow you to track every call and appointment insuring you are able to provide excellent followup to your clients.Most of all you will be allowed to run your own business and produce a 6+ figure income!
