Will coordinate the allotment of nursing registry staff with the hospitals and departments of Scripps Health as needed. Will maintain pertinent personnel profiles on outside agency personnel. The staffing coordinator prepares personnel and management reports as needed. Also maintains scheduling, staffing records, licensure and certification information on patient care giving personnel. REQUIREMENTS
Preferred Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalency required. One year in acute care hospital as unit secretary or one year previous staffing/scheduling experience preferred. Medical terminology required. Must be able to demonstrate position-required behaviors in fulfillment of the organization's mission.
