SR. HR Compensation Analyst

Purpose: Aerotek Commercial is currently looking for a Sr. HR Compensation analyst with a minimum of 7 to 10 years Human Resources experience in Benefits, Compensation and HRIS.

Job Description:
This position will provide leadership and strategic planning and overall management of Benefits, Compensation, and HRIS functions while developing a sound strategy to ensure needs are met and corporate objectives realized.

Responsibilities:
-Manage development of Company Health and Welfare Design to provide benefits services on-line utilizing outsourcing techniques
-Direct the open enrollment program, developing strategy for communication and implementation, and coordinating systems changes and on-line enrollment with Third Party Administrator
-Manage plan design for the Company total rewards system; including job evaluation system, core competency assessment, base salary and incentive programs for multiple corporate/sales divisions
-Manage the HRIS systems integration plan to increase HR efficiency
-Provide expert HR consultation and effective leadership to the division customers

Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree required; Master?s degree in Human Resources related field preferred
-7 to 10 years Human Resources experience in Benefits, Compensation and HRIS
-Solid working knowledge of Human Resources policies and practices
-Strong analytical/problem solving skills
-Proven Strategic Planning and Project Management capabilities
-Strong Written and verbal communication skills
-Strong customer consultation and interpersonal skills in dealing with employees at all levels of the organization
