SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCE SPECIALIST

The Opportunity -
Your job duties will include, but not be limited to, the following activities:
•Working with our corporate employees to maintain employee relations
•Monitoring EEO compliance
•Conducting Human Resource needs analysis
•Answering benefits questions
•Providing training for employees and management teams

•7+ years of Human Resources experience with a focus on Employee Relations
•Strong MS Office skills
•Bachelor’s degree preferred
•SPHR or PHR certification preferred
