Benefits/Relocation Specialist





RESPONSIBILITIES:
Act as liaison between HR and other departments regarding Relocation issues.
Provide guidance and cost recommendations to recruiters and managers on relocation of new hires and relocating employees domestically and abroad.
Manage the Relocation policies and procedures and make recommendations to adjust the policies based on organizational need.
Coordinate relocation expense reporting and data tracking with Payroll.
Provide support to managers regarding general relocation and other administrative inquiries for hiring.
Manage Relocation!
vendor to ensure compliance with contract and organization requirements
Act as point of contact for general employee questions on Relocation and benefit inquiries
Administers employee benefit programs including group health, dental, life, disability, vision and 401(k) programs.Assists with coordination and planning of annual enrollm!
ent, including implementation of vendors, employee communication, vendor management and premium review.
Coordinates and resolves employee disputes with insurance carriers, medical providers and Payroll.
REQUIREMENTS


REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 1 year experience with international relocation.
Understanding of ERISA compliance and FMLA requirements.
Knowledge of state and federal laws relating to Relocation.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.<!
