Regional Trainer

Solectron - Wireless Division, a leader in wireless services support, is seeking a Regional Trainer for our Southern California Region. The position is based in the Orange County area and will cover the Southern California markets.
As a Regional Trainer, you will deliver training programs, including customer service, leadership, systems, technical, and certification training. In addition, the position will conduct on-going needs assessments and the auditing of regional training needs.
REQUIREMENTS
The position requires a Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years of customer service/retail experience with excellent customer service skills. Cellular/wireless experience preferred. Approximately 75% travel to training sites inside and out of the region is required.Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.Previous experience facilitating classroom style training.Knowledge of adult learning principlesAbility to prioritize; excellent organizational skills, strong knowledge of MS Office Suite, Web Applications, Internet Resources, and Email ToolsASTD or other Professional Training Certification
