Regional Recruitment Manager

Oversees the Recruitment function for all divisional positions, including determining the most qualified applicants, analyzing turnover and hiring statistics, developing new methods of recruitment and controlling expenses for the region. Maintains accurate and thorough records by tracking applicants, interview results, recruiting results, new hire date and wages. Tracks background, employment, motor vehicle reports, proof of liability insurance and drug screen results. Enters data into JD Edwards, as appropriate. Coordinates job fairs with community groups and agencies, high schools, junior colleges and universities in an effort to recruit potential candidates. Assists General Manager in developing recruiting plans to market specific schools. Assists in controlling trainee and management turnover. Creates weekly itineraries. Develops monthly and quarterly staff goals based on the needs of operations.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum two years of college level courses. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Minimum four to seven years of supervisory/management experience in a multi-site recruiting environment preferred. Demonstrated ability to be self--motivated and a sense of urgency to complete tasks in an efficient manner. Produces results quickly. Aptitude for maintaining confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information. Excellent verbal and written communications and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze and solve problems efficiently and accurately.
Ability to travel on an as--needed basis, with overnight travel less than 15%.
Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug test and background check. Requires an acceptable driving record.
