Regional Recruitment Manager

To be a strategic partner with Operations and Human Resources in the development, implementation and management of Recruitment and staffing initiatives for AseraCare Home Health & Hospice. Position will be responsible for training and developing hiring managers on recruitment strategies to achieve business plan objectives. Develop area specific and non-traditional recruitment strategies for nurses and CNAs to achieve hiring goals within budget expectations. Will evaluate and assist in the coordination of temporary staffing needs to assigned areas. Will partner with H.R. managers to identify and problem solve to overcome recruiting & retention obstacles in the areas of turnover, market conditions, management challenges and specific issues.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications include:
Bachelor' s degree or equivalent related experience, such as recruitment, human resources, personnel or related field. Must have the minimum of 3 years experience as a healthcare recruiter. This position requires the ability to meet deadlines under stressful conditions and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Must have demonstrated success in the development and training of recruitment and hiring practices. Ability to travel is required. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must possess computer skills of the type and level to necessary to accomplish the job.
