Regional Manager, Human Resources

Sava Senior Care Administrative Services, LLC is a family of over 185 long term care facilities in 19 states. Our facilities offer a broad range of clinical services including skilled nursing, rehabilitation and Alzheimer's care. We know our most important resource is our employees who are treated with dignity and respect.We are currently looking to fill a Regional Manager of Human Resources position in our Heart of Texas/Central Texas area. This is an Austin-based position that will handle HR issues for 10 Long Term Care facilities including Waco, La Grange, Bastrop and Wimberley.Key Responsibilities:
*Leads field based HR team in mgmt. of HR programs within region including Employee Relations, Perf. Mgmt., Compensation, Benefits and Training & Development
*Reviews and partners with each facility related to all terminations and disciplinary actions, investigations and employee relations decisions managed by facility for consistency, risk and completeness
*Manages design and delivery of HR programs aligned with business needs
*Participates and presents in regional meetings
*Agrees to safeguard the privacy of residents' protected health information from improper use and disclosure according to state and federal law
REQUIREMENTS
*Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Mgmt. or related field
*5 years of Human Resources experience
*Experience in healthcare preferred
*Multiple facility experience preferred
*Bilingual preferred, but not required
