Regional Human Resources Manager
SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Ensures that HR procedures are administered consistently throughout the Region, and works to put best practices in place by maintaining oversight of the core HR functions. Communicates the overall HR vision or strategy for achieving a competitive advantage based on knowledge of organizational strengths and weaknesses, technological advances, external trends, and customer needs. Creates a clear and compelling HR-related vision for the future that is in line with the purpose and mission of the Region. Develops and deploys current and long-range HR strategies, plans, and policies for the Region by integrating considerations across businesses, technologies, functions, and Markets. Drives HR processes, programs, and practices throughout the Region. Evaluates and advises on regional HR issues and assists regional and organizational management with developing and implementing effective HR plans and practices. Institutes Region-wide metrics to monitor the execution of HR programs and practices and adapts policies and procedures to ensure Region-wide compliance with established Company HR policies and procedures and approved action plans. Communicates and implements a diversity plan for the Region that addresses talent attraction and retention, workforce development, and the work environment. Prepares, justifies, and administers budgets that accurately forecast human capital, overhead, and expenses for the Region.EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 6 - 8 years HR work experience that includes responsibility for implementing key talent management systems (e.g., performance management, selection, training, compensation, succession planning) 1 years experience leading an HR organization responsible for multi-unit operations Knowledge of HR regulatory requirements - (e.g., EEO/AAP, employment, compliance with State and Federal Laws and regulations)
