Regional HR Leader

Gensler, a global architecture and design firm seeks a Regional HR leader to oversee HR activities for the North Central Region.
The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader and collaborator who will work to create cohesive environments within each office and the entire Region. You must be able to inspire and lead a team, have strong management capabilities, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, pay attention to detail, and be able to build and maintain long-lasting relationships. As a large professional services organization, Gensler needs someone who understands the business implications of all HR decisions and can work effectively with the organization's top leadership in each office. The HR leader will create strategies and delivery methods for solutions, and be able to handle multiple, competing priorities. You will develop and execute successful recruiting, learning and professional development programs. You will also oversee all employee relations, regulatory compliance and benefit programs in accordance with firmwide policy and practice.

The position is based out of Chicago. Salary plus bonus.

REQUIREMENTS
Requirements: 10+ years of progressive HR experience, which must include recruiting, employment law, training, and performance management. Bachelor's degree and PHR / SPHR certification preferred.
