Recruitment Manager

Golden Ventures has an excellent “work from home” opportunity. In this role you will use your recruiting expertise to analyze the staffing mix at assigned facilities, fill openings, and develop area specific and non-traditional recruitment strategies to achieve business plan objectives.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors Degree preferred! You must have a minimum of three years experience as a healthcare recruiter, and must be willing to work fluctuating and flexible hours to include evenings and weekends. Minimal travel required.
