Recruiting Manager
Amedisys Home Health Services is seeking an individual to execute extensive strategies to recruit highly qualified HEALTHCARE professionals and various support staff for home health and hospice locations throughout Alabama, Mississippi, and Louisiana.

Responsibilities include all activities related to the pre-selection process for employment and coordinating recruitment efforts in collaboration with Amedisys Home Health Services hiring managers throughout the diverse markets.
Will travel throughout the assigned region to execute these efforts.

This is a corporate recruiting role. This is NOT a staffing firm/placement firm.

REQUIREMENTS
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree preferred; PHR or SPHR certification strongly preferred.
HR Management experience in the health care industry required with permanent placement recruiting experience or corporate recruiting experience required.
Excellent communication skills - verbal and written - required.
Demonstrated knowledge of varied staffing solutions in the health care industry.
Ability to travel extensively among all markets.
Highly proficient in the use of web-based applicant tracking software systems, Internet research and job boards, Email, MS Word, Excel, and other common software solutions.
