Recruiter

Purpose:
Our Client, a large Wireless provider, is looking for a Recruiter. This person will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing and presenting qualified candidates for high -volume call center positions.

On a day to day basis, this person will be responsible for partnering with hiring managers and HR partners to source and pre-qualify candidates for job openings. This individual will employ a variety of sourcing techniques to identify a high quality, diverse candidate pool in an efficient and effective manner such as cold calling, using the Internet and utilizing research firms. Individuals will have to be able to collaborate with team members on networking and sourcing and selection strategies to make continuous improvements.

To be qualified for this positions, individuals should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience supporting hiring managers and generating candidates. Strong account management experience as well as cold calling experience is required. Individuals will also have excellent negotiation and strong communication skills. Agency or high-volume recruiting experience is preferred. Bachelors degree is desired.

This position is scheduled to be a full time long term contract. Since it is an immediate opening, individual will need to be able to interview within 24 hours.
