Seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our growing team of professionals.

Must have a proven track record of success working as an Recruiter wiith a minimum of 3 to 5 years in:

~ Staffing

~ Recruiting

~ Account Management

The ideal candidate must be team organized, self-reliant, extremely driven and know the Dallas market place. You will be interfacing with CIO, CTO, and Director level mangers, so strong oral, written, and presentation skills are an absolute must.

In addition:

Will work in a team environment to provide technical recruiting support to identify and screen qualified candidates to meet current and future staffing requirements for large corporations. May also be required to help administer testing to candidates. Must have good communication skills to qualify.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

1) Must have at least 2+ years of experience recruiting IT candidates (Programmers, Network Engineers, DBA's, Help Desk Analysts, Technical Writers, and many more).

2) Must have strong experience in utilizing the internet and other resources in recruiting candidates.

3) Must be able to type at least 40 wpm.

4) Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment required.

5) Must have excellent communication skills (oral and written).

6) Must have excellent customer service skills. Must be a people person with great interpersonal skills.

7) Experience using Lotus Notes for email a plus.

8) Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident. Must be able to pass a background check.

9) Must be a local candidate due to no relocation and short notice for interview.



COMPENSATION: Salary plus commissions (depending on experience).</FONT>
