RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR

Neighbor to Neighbor, a local Non-profit Affordable Housing provider, has an immediate FT opening for a Resource Dev. Dir. to oversee grant management, fundraising, donor cultivation, outreach, marketing, special events and public relations functions for the agency. Must have bachelors degree and 3+ years of related experience. Must also have working knowledge of basic business principles, marketing, strategic planning, project management, budgeting, and staff supervision. Ability to work with computers and Microsoft Office, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must. Competitive salary and benefits. This position will close on September 15th.
