REGIONAL FIELD TRAINER - Lubbock, TX

You will need to be able to effectively facilitate retail-learning events in weeklong training sessions. This position will implement and deliver technical and front-line retail training in support of company initiatives, for a retail audience, in store-centered training environments. This position will require you to deliver repetitive, intense, skill-based training to multiple adult learners in classroom and on-the-job settings. You will be responsible for monitoring, assessing and reporting trainee progress and success. You will also be responsible for the overall management of the learning environment. There are currently 38 Training Centers located throughout our 34 state network of over 8,000 stores.



Is this you? REQUIREMENTS
Two plus years experience in a classroom/platform training environment Business, HR or Education degree preferred Strong facilitation skills in technical and soft skill presentation techniques Aptitude to motivate learners, answer questions accurately and thoroughly, while presenting information clearly Demonstrated ability to communicate well verbally and in writing Exceptional teamwork skills and customer focus Ability to be organized with analytical, planning and problem solving skills Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision Basic computer literacy and the ability to use Microsoft Office applications Some overnight travel is required
