PeopleSoft Human Resources Developer
Community Foundation of Northwest Indiana, Inc., the parent company of Community Healthcare System, a three hospital system and leading provider of healthcare services in Northwest Indiana, has the following job opportunity available in our IT Department.
Reporting to the ERP Manager, provides both technical and functional support of the PeopleSoft ERP system for modules as assigned. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to performing day-to-day analytical and technical activities, including functional analysis and support, fit/gap analysis, issue resolution, user support, software architecture and design, user interface design, software module design, interface definition, message definition, documentation, software coding and unit testing, integration, and final testing. Working with ERP Lead and PeopleSoft Developers, provides 2nd level support of Community Healthcare System enterprise wide ERP modules (PeopleSoft 8.4 / 8.9). Provides support as needed to Technical Services, including Database Administrators and PeopleSoft/Unix System Administrator, and acts as the liaison between functional users and Technical Services / PeopleSoft Developers. Contributes overall strategic vision and integrates a broad range of ideas regarding PeopleSoft implementation and support. Recognized across the organization for PeopleSoft expertise and sought as a resource for resolution of unique or complex implementation and support problems. Undertakes the most complex implementation and support projects involving multiple disciplines and may impact multiple business units.
REQUIREMENTS
2 years minimum PeopleSoft application experience
Bachelor’s degree required with emphasis on any area of ERP, or Computer Science
Broad knowledge of PeopleSoft tools, in-depth knowledge of one or more functional modules in a product, and ability to apply a variety of PeopleSoft techniques, methods, processes, and practices to varied work assignments

Databases: Oracle Database Management System (DBMS) experience –Proficient)
Full life cycle implementation experience: Fit/Gap Analysis; Design; Build; Test; Deploy. (Proficient)
Operating Systems: Windows; HP-UX
PeopleSoft development and business analyst experience required for the specific vacancy and skill sets required for ERP; experience in as many as possible is preferred: Human Resources, Benefits (Base or BenAdmin), Payroll, Time/Labor, eProfile (ePay), Manager Self Service, eRecruit, WorkFlow.
Significant knowledge of: Application Designer, Data Mover, PS Query, Crystal, SQR, Application Engine, PeopleCode and Application Messaging via Integration Broker
Strong functional and technical background in assigned area
