Project Manager for PensionGold Retirement Solutions

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our PensionGold Retirement Solutions group at our corporate headquarters in Springfield, Illinois. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for providing solution delivery for the PensionGold® Retirement Solutions Group. The group implements PensionGold Software and technologies that support clients in the defined-benefits retirement industry.

Depending upon the particular projects assigned, you will typically lead the gathering of user and system requirements (using interviews, observations, JAD sessions, etc.), document these requirements in business use case format, present a solution to the client, develop and manage a project plan with milestones, manage a development team to build and implement the solution, conduct risk analysis and perform risk management, and conduct quality assurance on an ongoing basis until the project reaches completion.

The position is based in Springfield, Illinois. Travel up to 50% to client locations is required.

REQUIREMENTS
The prospective candidate must have their PMP Certification and at least 3 years of experience in project management, managing IT related projects.

Success Keys
Your success will be judged on your ability to meet your assigned project’s deliverables on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client. To accomplish this, you will have to manage technical, logistical, personnel, and client-relationship issues. You will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the scope of your project and ensuring a smooth transition into the support phase of the project.
