Oracle HRMS Technical/Functional Developer
Our World Industry Leading Client seeks Oracle HRMS Technical/Functional Programmer/Analyst for Fantastic FTE or Contract-to-hire opportunity

Position Description:
Responsible for implementing, supporting, and enhancing an enterprise wide Oracle 11i environment in the area of Human Resources and Financials.
Primary application focus areas will be HR, Advanced Benefits, and Self-Service HR with a secondary focus on Financials.
Partner with business systems analysts to review business requirements and functional specifications and recommend solutions and provide level of effort estimates.
Design, develop, implement, test, and support solutions using Oracle Applications functionality and technologies.
Perform functional application setup, configuration, and testing with business users.
Troubleshoot production problems related to Oracle eBusiness Suite.
Serve as technical team leader on projects as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Position Requirements:
Requires 5+ years experience supporting and developing Oracle eBusiness Suite; must include 11i experience in a multi-org, multi-currency environment.
B.S. in Computer Science or related field.
Comprehensive understanding of functionality, configuration and setups, data model, and technical architecture of Oracle Human Resources, Advanced Benefits, and Self-Service HR. Experience with Oracle Financial modules such as GL, FA, AP, and AR, a large plus.
Must possess understanding of hire-to-retire business processes and ability to design and deliver solutions to complex business problems within the Oracle eBusiness Suite environment.
Requires strong technical skills in Oracle Applications technology, including Reports 6i, Forms 6i, Discoverer, Alerts, Workflow, SQL, PL/SQL, SQL*Loader, database triggers, database views, database stored procedures and functions, APIs, and Open Interface Tables.
Experience with java a plus.
Must possess strong communications skills and ability to work with minimal direction and as a technical team leader.
