Optical Lab HR Manger Job Description: Support and encourage the open door; compliance; accuracy of all personnel related documents and processes; mentor and develop the Management and Supervisory staff; serve as a resource to the facility Management team; coordinate and manage recruiting efforts; effectively direct the Personnel Associates in their daily tasks; ensure execution of corporate and divisional programs such as Annual Grass Roots Surveys, Benefits Open Enrollment, annual Wage and Benefits surveys and Community Involvement-Good Works.

Requirements:
Previous experience- minimum 2 years salaried management experience as a personnel generalist or similar experience

Communication and basic writing and reading skills
Work alternative schedule(s) as needed.Additional Preferred Requirements:
