We also operate in Canada and 18 countries with our international headquarters in The Netherlands Dedicated to providing operational excellence to one client serviced by 4 or more Account Managers Works closely with the account team to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the fixed flexible workforce pool to be deployed in support of the client¿s business goals and objectives Oversees the branch operation on a daily basis with regards to resources, time, productivity, budget and quality of service Assists Commercial Manager with recruiting, managing and developing staff within account team. Provides single point of contact for client on operational issues Meets with account team regularly to evaluate execution of the concept - status of deliverables, achievement of KPIs, and opportunities for improvement. Accountable for all aspects of customer satisfaction for designated account Partner closely with other departments as necessary to facilitate resolution of client impacting issues while maintaining accountability for resolution of the issue/concern. Maintain an extensive detailed understanding of the client's business, strategic direction, processes and policies. Partner closely with the process manager to ensure the account team is fully aware account activity and client impacting situations. Maintain close contact with key principles at the account (frequency defined by the commercial manager) to ensure highest level of client satisfaction possible.
REQUIREMENTS
* Bachelor's degree in business administration or related disciplines preferred Five years of business experience with a minimum of 2 in management and 3 years in staffing. Unsurpassed level of professionalism and ability to communicate at all levels of the client organization. Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve complex client situations in an effective manner. Demonstrated ability to initiate, lead and implement account management strategies and process improvements. Strong organizational, analytical and problem solving abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Intermediate to expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point Ability to communicate with all levels of client personnel when delivering a service. Demonstrate the ability to identify customers needs and to deliver, decline or adjust expectations. Ability to provide sound leadership to a team, demonstrate guidance and coaching abilities, and direct team to achieve set objectives.Competencies Business awareness: understanding of the inner workings of the business functions, goals and priorities.
