Summary of Responsibilities & Essential Duties: The primary responsibilities include but are not limited to: Responsible for the efficient and accurate processing of customer enrollments from all inbound channels
from initial customer contact through successful initial billing Research and resolve ERCOT specific market transaction data issues and maintain data integrity across multiple customer information systems Interact with the TDSPs, ERCOT and other REPs in Texas to ensure data synchronization and timely action on customer enrollments Build internal and external relationships through exceptional problem solving, ownership and follow-through Responsible for gathering and verifying data against a number of different data sources. Ability to analyze usage patterns, recognize data problems, etc. Ability to recognize, reconcile and correct mismatched data based on certain, established business rules. Ability to resolve issues with enrollments by working with the representatives from ERCOT, TDSPs, and other REPS. Responsible for setting up customer in internal system for Enrollment and Billing. Responsible for monitoring and tracking customer enrollments to ensure that switch dates are not missed as documented on the executed contract. Missed switches can easily cost CNE millions of dollars. Ability to prepare, modify and use large spreadsheets and reports for your use and other team members’ use to perform various functions. Ability to enter data via the tools available through the various software applications. Ability to follow processes and identify areas of improvement. Ability to suggest solutions for process and system issues. Ability to excel in working with cross-functional teams: pricing, sales, legal, billing customer care, etc. Ability to juggle responsibilities and be able to move from task to task with ease. Effectively and efficiently manage inadvertent switch issues in the TX market using ERCOT FasTrak tool. Ability to investigate issues and using the ERCOT portal to verify and identify root causes for known issues. Ability to read legal contracts and interpret the legal language to make decisions on how to set information up in various systems and how to resolve unique customer issues.
Qualifications (Experience, Background, Skills, Education): This position requires:
Working knowledge of Texas deregulation rules, procedures and market structure for retail competition.
Working knowledge of TX SET transactions and their associated rules.
Strong computer background with working knowledge of Office applications.
Strong analytical skills which includes quantitative analysis as well as reconciliation projects.
Ability to work, seek advice, and develop solutions in a team environment.
Ability to handle high levels of stress and responsibility.
Extreme attention to detail.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Experience interpreting legal language as it relates to contracts. This position prefers:
Experience working with following systems and processes in the TX Market: inadvertent switch process, missing transaction process, TX SET Transactions, ERCOT Portal, ERCOT FasTrak tool.
Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university preferred; equivalent work experience may substitute for a college degree.
Experience in energy / electricity markets.
Experience with and knowledge of adding and deleting sites from contracts in the deregulated electric market.
Knowledge and understanding of Texas Electric restructuring.
Experience with TX SET Transactions, ERCOT FasTrak tool
Strong Access and Excel experience
