Operations Analyst

Responsibilities - Creates, maintains and implements processes for measuring and enhancing sales force effectiveness as it relates to performance that can be influenced by compensation.


- Creates, maintains, implements and communicates processes in support of compensation activities and tools.


- Assists with the creation and delivery of training programs for both new hires and existing associates on sales roles, compensation plans and processes.


- Performs analysis and reporting on the ongoing effectiveness of incentive compensation.


- Assist Manager, Sales Incentive Compensation and Effectiveness in managing the changes to sales compensation plans.


- Assist Manager, Sales Incentive Compensation and Effectiveness in creating and analyzing appropriate pay structures for sales associates.


- Assist in the development and deployment of sales recognition programs in conjunction with Human Resources and Regional Management.


- Be knowledgeable and involved with any project that requires sales compensation information and participation.


- Assist in other tasks, duties or projects as assigned by management.


- Travel as necessary

Job Requirements

Qualifications


- Bachelor's Degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)


- Communicates effectively, maintains resilience/flexibility


- Solves problems, strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail


- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio)


- Experience with incentive compensation management and coordination with field sales preferred


- Strong written and verbal communication required
