Operations Analyst

Monitors and manages the Corporate IT Infrastructure, as well as core systems and

processes, 24x7x365, using numerous software and hardware products and tools to

ensure the highest levels of service and system availability; provides operational support

for incidents and outages of varying degrees of severity.

Troubleshoots and restores service through the use of technical abilities, tools and/or

assistance from 2nd level experts.

Monitors production runs, completes production code migrations and system backup processes.

Participates in disaster recovery tests.

Second Shift position(3:00pm -11:45. Shift rotation includes weekends.

Loads tapes and completes all tape library functions, as needed.

REQUIREMENTS


Associate's or Bachelor's degree or technical institute degree / certificate in Computer Science or the equivalent combination of education, technical designations and work experience.

2 to 5 years of experience in data center operations
