On-Site Staffing Specialist

We are currently seeking a Staffing Specialist to join our on-site team for a large, national client.
In the role of a Staffing Specialist, you will be charged with:
• Hiring and termination decisions
• Counseling employees
• Day to day management of temporary employees.
In addition, you will be instrumental in managing client relationships through service delivery and placing the most qualified employees in the market! Your ability and willingness to work in a team environment is critical to achieving individual and team goals!
Job Requirements
A successful candidate is one that:
• Demonstrates a sense of urgency
• Is responsive to client and employee requests
• Has a strong work ethic and takes initiative
• Has the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Has previous staffing industry experience
• Has a 2-year college degree
• Has experience working with MS Office
