Occupational Therapist- Staffing Resource Pool

Responsible for developing, organizing and conducting occupational therapy program to facilitate rehabilitation of the mentally or physically handicapped. Position is responsible for directing patient participation and selective tasks to restore, reinforce and enhance performance; facilitate the learning of those skills and functions essentially for adaptation and productivity, diminish or correct pathology, and to promote and maintain good health and completes all required documentation in accordance to established standards. Treatment plans, which include a functional diagnosis, prognosis, goals and interventions, are developed for each patient/client.

This Staffing Resource Pool position will provide coverage for weekday/weekend coverage.

Graduate of accredited Occupational Therapy program; IL licensure and CPR required.
