Mgr-Talent Sourcing

In this exciting and highly visible role you will manage the Recruiting process and systems which includes the broad categories of executive, exempt, non-exempt and college recruiting. Responsible for developing and implementing a standardized process and system around the attraction and selection of talent to assist Kohler's global organization attract top talent.Specific Responsibilities will include:
Overall management of the global talent sourcing programs at Kohler Co. including executive level, exempt, non-exempt, factory, contract labor, college, co-ops and interns. Responsible for bringing these services to all U.S. locations as well as designing and implementing talent selection and acquisition systems that can be used globally to improve our talent acquisition practices.Identifies and develops successful working relationships with top executive search vendor partners. Develops quantitative and qualitative measurables and a supplier management and development program to communicate staffing effectiveness based on quality, cost, efficiency and customer feedback. Negotiates and manages multi-million supplier dollar contracts.Drive Workforce management strategies at Kohler locations worldwide. Work with Diveristy and Inclusion Specialist to design and drive diversity recruitment strategies at all organizational levels. Drive creation of talent acquisition strategies and establish recruitment partnerships with suppliers in new markets in support of Kohler Co.'s global expansion. This includes markets such as India, Russia, Middle East where limited, if any, HR resources currently exist.Education and Experience required:
Bachelor's degree required. MBA desired. Minimum of 8 -10 years experience in a recruiting function, preferably in a corporate environment or internal consulting role with at least 3 years prior experience recruiting at an executive level. Minimum of 3 years management experience, with talent sourcing or deploying of complex talent acquisition strategies a plus. Certification in SPHR ,PHR, or GPHR an asset. CIR certification also highly desireable.
