MARKET HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR- Senior leadership team member responsible for providing a wide range of Human Resources services to Southwest Medical Center and Women's and Children's Hospital. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required, master's degree preferred. At least three (3) years Human Resources management experience with two (2) years in a hospital/healthcare environment required.

HUMAN JRESOURCES CONSULTANT- Responsible for providing Human Resources services to the hospital including employee relations, recruitment, employee recognition, benefits (liaison), and performance management. Requires working as a Human Resources generalist for at least three (3) years with two (2) years in a hospital/healthcare environment required.
