REQUIREMENTS
The Minimum requirements for joining our team are: Four (4) years of combined managerial experience supervising salaried Associates. (2 of these years must include HR management responsibilities which include: staffing, performance management, coaching/mentoring, training, compensation, promotion, investigations, etc.) OR Two (2) years of combined managerial experience supervising salaried Associates plus a BS/BA degree in an HR related field (e.g., Industrial Relations) OR Two (2) years of Salaried Wal*Mart people division experience. For stronger consideration for this position you should posses: Two (2) years of retail-related experience HR Professional Certification (e.g., PHR/SPHR) Master’s Degree or higher in an HR related field Two (2) years of HR Management experience Sam’s Club / Wal*Mart Stores, Inc. will not tolerate discrimination in employment on the basis of race, color, age, sex, sexual orientation, religion, disability, ethnicity, national origin, marital status, veteran status, or any other legally-protected status.
