REQUIREMENTS
The Minimum requirements for joining our team are: Four (4) years of combined managerial experience supervising salaried Associates. (2 of these years must include HR management responsibilities which include: staffing, performance management, coaching/mentoring, training, compensation, promotion, investigations, etc.) OR Two (2) years of combined managerial experience supervising salaried Associates plus a BS/BA degree in an HR related field (e.g., Industrial Relations) OR Two (2) years of Salaried Wal*Mart people division experience. For stronger consideration for this position you should posses: Two (2) years of retail-related experience HR Professional Certification (e.g., PHR/SPHR) Master’s Degree or higher in an HR related field Two (2) years of HR Management experience
