MANAGING DIRECTOR of PEOPLE
This management role is responsible for all direct employment activities and the proper selection, promotion, and placement of personnel. This position develops programs, policies, and procedures regarding all company employment. The Managing Director of People administers employee benefit programs, prepares employee manuals, develops training programs, coordinates employee functions, monitors department budget, maintains personnel records, and other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate must be hands-on throughout all aspects of the HR Department and will spearhead the creation of their own HR/Recruiting team.
The compensation plan includes a base salary of $110k+ (DOE). The benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, 401k, life insurance, pension plan, career advancement, and much more.
